• Do you actually remove the links?

  Yes - our team of outreach ninja’s will work hard to get your links removed by getting in touch with website owners, hosting companies, or via other potential methods.

• Can I approve the links that you recommend removing?

  Absolutely! With LinkDelete you have full control over the links we’ll attempt to remove.

• What if I have more bad links than the packages provide?

  Dont’ worry! You can upgrade/downgrade or purchase additional link removal requests from within your client zone.


• How do you know what a bad link is?

  We’ve developed one of the most sophisticated link analysis algorithms over the last 4+ years that analyzes over 75+ different metrics to determine a links quality.

• How do I cancel my account?

  You can cancel your account at anytime through the control panel in your account zone.

• Do you offer refunds?

  No - we do not offer refunds due to the manual nature of our service. If there are extenuating circumstances, please do open a support ticket with us.

• Do I need to provide you with access to my Google account?

  No - we will provide you with all of the the necessary files for Google and provide you with easy to understand step-by-step instructions.

• What forms of payments do you accept?

  We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.

• Do you offer custom packages?
